Here is the latest blend designed by Max, a mixture especially for vegetable cooking. It will allow you to spice up your vegetable preparations such as veggie steak, vegetable dumplings, cereal patties and legumes.
Flavour: composed of eight spices, this blend will enhance your vegetable preparations. The combination of turmeric, cumin, pepper will remind you of the notes of a curry, but these are added by herbaceous and Provencal notes (oregano), by a hint of alliaceous (onion) and a hint of chilli pepper which will give body to this blend.
